Full list of nominees announced

Get ready to make some noise: Grammy is inviting more people to the party.

Last year’s “Best New Artist” winner Alessia Cara joined forces with Shawn Mendes, Janelle Monáe and Apple Music Beats DJ Zane Lowe Friday morning to announce the 2019 Grammy Award nominations.

The big news: The Recording Academy has upped the number of nominations in its big four — Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Best New Artist — from five to eight “in order to better reflect the many entries in these categories.”

The Recording Academy’s 61st annual Grammys telecast airs February 10 on CBS at 8 p.m. Eastern and 5 p.m. Pacific.

Until then, check out this full list of nominees; we’re updating in real time so keep checking back:

Woman finds stranger copying her entire life on Instagram

Chloe Cowan recently discovered something so terrifying, it’ll make you want to switch your Instagram to private right this second. A stranger has been replicating the 21-year-old Scottish university student’s Instagram pictures for almost two years. Outfits, captions, backgrounds: this creepy young woman has recreated Cowan’s photos with chilling accuracy. The unnamed copycat is believed to attend the same university as Cowan, but the two have never met. Cowan’s sister Linzi took to Facebook to expose the girl and her “stalking behavior.” The now-deleted Facebook status included a number of screenshots of the mystery woman’s pictures side by side with her sister’s original posts. We’re a little bit guilty of snatching someone’s style off Insta and trying it out for size. But to completely recreate someone’s social media down to the typos in the caption? That is “Black Mirror” level weird. What is perhaps even more frightening is that Chloe Cowan is not a celebrity or an influen...
